This sequence of lessons on the Gallipoli campaign is intended to give pupils an overview of the campaign and the experiences of the soldiers who fought and died there. The pupils are expected to critically look at first hand evidence and modern interpretations of the events and see if they match. They will also look at the reasons why reports of the death of soldiers was often reported differently depending on the source. This is all done through the spotlight of one soldier who fought and died on Gallipoli.
